  • Directed strategic vision and growth planning sessions for complex matrix organizations, aligning key stakeholders around business goals, advising on multi-million budgets.

  • Directed full-funnel marketing campaigns, engaging and targeting audiences across paid, earned, and owned channels for brands like Cricket Wireless to drive gross adds (i.e. subscriptions).

  • Spearheaded and scaled global BtoBtoC community-led marketing programs for SaaS clients like Eventbrite and Spotify - contributing to awards such as The “Brand Activation of The Year” and “Experience Agency of the Year” (2021). 

  • Developed and produced global community activations, creator acquisition campaigns, content, and creator summits that tripled participants’ success on Eventbrite’s SaaS platform, which translated to a 79% increase in product usage, and 28% ticket sales increase within the first year of the program.
