Rally Creator Coin Community Playbook X Shantell Martin

CHALLENGE
During my time as Head of Strategy at Imprint Projects, we partnered with Rally, a crypto-based platform for creators and their communities to build their own independent digital economies, to hep their creators (artists, atheletes, etc) succeed on the platform.

APPROACH
We developed a Notion playbook for creators to seed and scale their own purpose-driven, token-based communities and worked with influential visual artist Shantell Martin to conceptualize and launch a community around her $WHO social token.

RESULTS
  • Despite the crypto market crash, we established a scalable model for community building at Rally that was used to onboard future creators.
  • We laid the groundwork for a thriving $WHO community.
  • Hundreds of members joined her community and engaged with it within the first few days.
